About Topkapi University University
Istanbul Topkapi University was established as a vocational foundation school by the decision of the Council of Ministers on 21/4/2009 under the name of Plato Vocational School and includes 4 departments.
Within the scope of the studies conducted to train professionals specialized in various fields and provide university education in our country, Istanbul Ayvansaray University was established by Ayvansaray Education Foundation on the date of acceptance of Law No. 6761 published in the Official Gazette No. 29898 on 24/11/2016 and the date of acceptance 16/11/2016 and Plato Vocational School was affiliated to Istanbul Ayvansaray University in 2016. The educational services that started with 4 departments in parallel with the satisfaction and growth of students, continued with more than 60 programs in 2016, and the university was among the most preferred foundation universities with high occupancy rates.
Istanbul Ayvansaray University, which continues its educational activities with the distinction of the mission in the fields of innovation and internationalization, continues its educational activities by changing its name to Istanbul Topkapi University with a new structure and Law No. 7382 published in the Official Gazette No. 31775 on 03/11/2022.
The educational activities of the university, which started with a building in 2009, continue with 5 campuses and an area of approximately 100 thousand square meters in 2022.
Within Istanbul Topkapi University; It includes the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Sports Sciences, the Faculty of Health Sciences, the Institute of Higher Education, and the Plato Vocational School.
Currently, it continues to actively work on raising graduates who have adopted an entrepreneurial culture, have high self-confidence, and will contribute to the business world, with 25 master's and doctoral programs, 35 undergraduate departments, and 56 associate degree programs.
The most important feature that distinguishes a university from others is the positions and successes of its graduates in business life.
