Beykoz University, which continues education in 5 campuses in Kavacık, will move to its campus, which will be built on a 100-acre land in Mahmut Şevket Paşa Village, Beykoz, to be completed in the future. The campus was designed as a set of spaces where social, cultural, natural and scientific life are learned and experienced in Beykoz, which is defined as the “Pearl of the Bosphorus”.

Our campus, which was carefully selected for our students from among many projects, consists of spaces that will be needed by modern individuals during their upbringing, in line with our enlightened, young, dynamic, innovative and inquisitive mission and vision.

The campus consists of Education and Training Units, Social-Cultural Units, Recreation Units, Academic Center, Student Life Center, Student Accommodation Center and other urban spaces, and brings together architectural spaces that come to life with its unique topography.

One of the privileged aspects of the campus is that the campus life offers an unobstructed and safe environment with renewable energy, strong indoor and outdoor use, natural heating and ventilation. Thus, Beykoz University Mahmut Şevket Paşa Campus will create a contemporary habitat in terms of its flora and fauna together with its students.

 Within the scope of the 'Institutional External Evaluation Program', which envisages sustainable institutionalization policies by determining the strengths and areas open to improvement of higher education institutions in Turkey by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK), the external evaluation process of our university was completed with the last phase held face-to-face on 26-27 November 2020.

The Evaluation Team that evaluated our university consisted of Team Head Prof. Dr. A. Bülent Özgüler and Team Members Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Aşkın, Prof. Dr. Cengiz Hakan Aydın, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yaman, Prof. Dr. Erol Arcaklıoğlu, Kürşat Taştan and Ramazan Eser . During the visit, the Evaluation Team met with academic unit managers and representatives, administrative units, students and external stakeholders of our university and evaluated our institution within the scope of Institutional External Evaluation Criteria for education-training, research-development and management system processes. The Institutional Feedback Report (KGBR) to be prepared by the Evaluation Team will be shared with our university next month.
