Cyprus Science University
About Cyprus Science University University
Cyprus Science University, founded in 2013 and located in Kyrenia, TRNC, has quickly grown into a recognized institution, attracting students from TRNC, Turkey, and abroad. Originally named the British University of Nicosia, it was renamed in 2016 to avoid confusion with a university in Southern Cyprus, inspired by Atatürk’s quote, "The Most True Guide in Life is Science." The university offers education in both Turkish and English with a modern curriculum and state-of-the-art facilities. Its faculty consists of expert academics from renowned universities, and it places a strong emphasis on practical learning through specialized laboratories available 24/7 for students in various fields, such as health sciences, engineering, and mechatronics. The campus is equipped with advanced educational technology, including smart boards and projectors, and provides comfortable, ergonomic classrooms. Additionally, the university has invested in 5-Star Student Living accommodations to meet students' housing needs.
