Confessions 

Since 2015, Ilia State University has been offering a wide range of exchange programs under the Erasmus+ Program, Key Action 1 for international credit mobility, funded by the European Commission. The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) program supports individual student and staff mobility between partner universities.

Student Mobility

  • Undergraduate, Master's, and Ph.D. students can spend one or two semesters abroad as part of an exchange program to earn academic credits.

Staff Mobility

  • Teaching: This activity allows faculty members from higher education institutions to teach at a partner educational institution abroad.
  • Training: This activity supports the professional development of faculty and non-teaching staff through training events abroad (excluding conferences) and job shadowing/observation periods in partner institutions.

Starting from the 2023-2024 academic year, students and staff at Ilia State University can participate in mobility exchanges with universities in the following European countries under the Erasmus+ program:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Turkey.
